Workplace Injury Management Training brings more than 30 years of industry experience to practical, workplace-focused training. Our team has helped organizations navigate the complexities of WSIB, workplace injury management and return-to-work practices, and we bring that experience directly into every training program we deliver.
Our goal is to give employers, supervisors and workplace teams the knowledge and practical tools they need to confidently manage workplace injuries, meet their WSIB responsibilities and support effective return-to-work outcomes.

FOUNDER AND LEAD INSTRUCTOR
Sheila Zsoldos, Licensed Paralegal
Sheila Zsoldos is the founder of Workplace Injury Management Training, bringing decades of frontline WSIB experience, employer representation and professional education to the training programs she has developed.
Sheila has more than 26 years of WSIB experience, including working directly for the Ontario Board in claims adjudication, training, management, vocational rehabilitation and return to work. Throughout her career, she has represented and supported employers across a wide range of sectors throughout Ontario.
Her extensive experience gives Sheila a practical understanding of both the WSIB system and the challenges employers face when managing workplace injuries. She brings that real-world perspective into WIMT’s training, giving participants practical knowledge and tools they can apply in their own workplaces.
Sheila has also served as an Associate Professor at Western University, where she taught Introduction to WSIB as part of a post-degree program in Occupational Health and Safety Management.
