Training Registration & Transfer Policy
Last Updated: August 2026
Workplace Injury Management Training (“WIMT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) understands that schedules can change. This policy explains how registrations and changes to scheduled training are handled.
Training Registration
Registration for a scheduled training course is confirmed once your registration and payment have been successfully received.
Please review the course title and training date carefully before completing your registration. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Registration for scheduled training closes at 12:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on the day prior to the selected course date, unless otherwise indicated.
Unable to Attend Your Scheduled Training
If you are unable to attend your scheduled training session, please contact WIMT as soon as possible.
Your registration may be transferred to another available date for the same course at no additional charge. Transfers are subject to course availability.
If another training date is not currently available, WIMT will work with you to arrange registration in a future offering of the course.
Five-Course Training Package
Participants registered for the complete five-course training package who are unable to attend one of their scheduled sessions should contact WIMT as soon as possible.
The affected course may be transferred to another available offering of that course without affecting registration in the remaining courses in the package.
Changes to Scheduled Training
WIMT reserves the right to reschedule or make changes to a training session when necessary.
If WIMT needs to change a scheduled training session, registered participants will be contacted regarding alternate arrangements.
Supervisor, Group and Customized Training
Supervisor Training, group training, customized training and in-person training may be subject to separate scheduling, pricing and rescheduling arrangements.
Any terms specific to these services will be communicated when the training is arranged.
Microsoft Teams and Remote Training
Remote instructor-led training is delivered through Microsoft Teams unless otherwise indicated.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have access to a suitable device, a reliable internet connection and the ability to access Microsoft Teams before their scheduled training.
Joining information will be provided before the scheduled training session. If you have not received your joining information by 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on the day before your training, please contact WIMT.
