These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Workplace Injury Management Training (“WIMT”) website and your registration for or participation in training provided by WIMT.

By using this website, purchasing training, or participating in a WIMT training program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies referenced below.

Training Services

WIMT provides workplace injury management training, including instructor-led remote training, group and customized training, and, where available, online or self-directed training.

Course descriptions, schedules, delivery methods and pricing are provided on the website or communicated directly to participants when training is arranged.

Registration and Payment

Payment is required to complete online registration unless alternative arrangements have been made directly with WIMT.

Participants are responsible for providing accurate registration and contact information and for selecting the appropriate course and training date.

Registrations for scheduled training are subject to WIMT’s Training Registration & Transfer Policy.

Training Materials and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, training materials, presentations, worksheets, course content, videos, documents, graphics and other resources provided by WIMT are owned by or licensed to WIMT and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Training materials are provided to registered participants for their own training and educational use.

WIMT training materials may not be copied, reproduced, recorded, republished, distributed, sold, shared publicly or used to deliver training to others without prior written permission from WIMT.

Recording of Training

Participants may not audio record, video record, screen record or otherwise reproduce a WIMT training session without prior written permission from WIMT.

Online Training Accounts

Where WIMT provides access to online or self-directed training, account access is intended for the registered participant unless otherwise specified.

Login credentials and course access may not be shared with another person or used to provide unauthorized access to WIMT training content.

WIMT reserves the right to restrict or terminate access where an account or training materials are being used or shared without authorization.

Remote Training

Participants attending remote training are responsible for having a suitable device, reliable internet connection and access to the technology required to participate in the session.

WIMT is not responsible for a participant’s inability to attend or participate due to equipment, internet connectivity or other technical issues outside WIMT’s reasonable control.

Educational Purpose and Professional Advice

WIMT training and website content are provided for educational and informational purposes.

Training does not constitute individualized legal advice and participation in WIMT training does not establish a paralegal-client relationship.

Third-Party Services
